Abstract

The article examines psychological competence as a key mechanism for ensuring individual resilience amidst the wartime disorganization of life. Based on the tenets of the constructivist paradigm, a structural-functional model of subjectivity construction has been formulated, comprising reflexive-managerial, cognitive, autonomous, and projective components. It is determined that the initiating stage of restoring resilience is a reflexive pause, which allows the individual to emerge from the position of an "object" and begin an active restructuring of their world model. It is proven that the essence of resilience is inherently linked to the capacity for self-determination and projective thinking, which enable the overcoming of bewilderment and "future deprivation". It is substantiated that the subjective construction of reality serves as a strategic resource that ensures mental integrity and the preservation of human dignity in situations of extreme uncertainty.
