Abstract

The section reveals the processes of individualization in school education of children of national minorities in Ukraine, starting from the first years of independence, outlines the ways of evolution of mechanisms of humanization and optimization of their school education (1991–2010). The state educational policy in the field of introducing personally oriented education is highlighted. The formation and development of teaching and upbringing of children of national minorities is shown; changes in the structure and activities of primary and secondary education institutions, in the education of national minorities, in textbook creation. The materials of the monograph will be useful in lecture and methodological work in higher education institutions, in the institutes of professional development of Ukraine, in the research of scientists, postgraduate students, future teachers and practicing educators.
