Abstract
The abstracts substantiate methodological strategies for synchronizing and differentiating the teaching of law and civic education in the 9th grade of the New Ukrainian School. Special attention is paid to overcoming content duplication in "twin topics" through a clear separation of research focus and the selection of active learning methods. The modern textbook is considered as an adaptive methodological constructor that ensures student autonomy and the resilience of the educational process in crisis conditions.
