Abstract

The article analyzes certain aspects of the problem of sensemaking — a complex process of interpretation, reflection, and conceptualization that enables faculty not only to adapt to new conditions but also to establish stable professional orientations. It is substantiated that sensemaking functions as a tool of strategic adaptation, integrating cognitive, ethical, organizational, and other dimensions of higher education faculty’s professional activity.
