Abstract

The theses reveal the importance of teachers' leadership competence as a resource for the modernization of professional education. Its multidimensionality is emphasized - managerial, pedagogical and social. The structure of competence is highlighted (cognitive, activity, personal components). Emphasis is placed on practical mechanisms of formation - advanced training, training and mentoring, which ensure the quality of the educational process and the preparation of competitive specialists.
