Abstract

The theses examine the current state of the labor market in the agricultural sector of Ukraine under martial law and European integration processes. The main challenges associated with the shortage of personnel, migration processes, digitalization of agricultural production and the need to modernize the vocational education system are analyzed. The prospects for the development of the human resource potential of the agricultural industry in accordance with European standards and the needs of sustainable development of agro-ecosystems are determined. The agricultural sector has traditionally played an important role in the economy of Ukraine, ensuring food security of the state, forming a significant part of the export potential and contributing to the development of rural areas. At the same time, the modern labor market of the agricultural sector is under the influence of a number of complex challenges caused by military operations, demographic changes, labor migration and European integration processes.
