Abstract

The modern labor market is characterized by high dynamism, digitalization, rapid updating of professional knowledge and increasing requirements for the competences of specialists. In these conditions, educational institutions must ensure not only the transfer of theoretical knowledge, but also the formation of the ability of students to adapt to professional changes, think critically, work in a team, make decisions and effectively use innovative technologies in professional activities. That is why the introduction of modern educational technologies and active forms of learning that contribute to the training of a competitive specialist is of particular importance. One of the main tasks of modern education is to ensure compliance between the needs of the labor market and the level of professional training of future specialists. Employers today need not only qualified employees, but also mobile, proactive, creative individuals capable of continuous professional development. In this regard, traditional teaching methods no longer fully meet modern educational challenges, which necessitates the use of innovative pedagogical technologies.
