Abstract

The program is compiled taking into account the methodology and principles of building an appropriate system: the lack of alternatives of the national-needs dimension, holistic-developmental orientation, subjectivity; ecosystemicity, etc. Its key tasks: 1) development of teachers' competencies: psychological-pedagogical, managerial, innovative, communicative, digital, ethical-cultural and social; 2) activation of their scientific, professional-creative and professional-self-development activities. A matrix of teacher competencies, topics of content modules, questions for self-control, a list of problems of the discussion platform, samples of creative tasks are presented. Addressed to students of the postgraduate education system, graduate students, scientists, heads of educational institutions of all levels, etc.
