Abstract
This article explores the socio-psychological mechanisms of public opinion formation as factors influencing the resilience of participants in the educational process during wartime. The author analyzes the impact of the "spiral of silence" theory and cognitive biases on collective attitudes and proposes using the results of mass surveys to support the psychological strength of educational and parental communities. Practical tools to prevent the negative effects of psychological phenomena that may weaken individual and community resilience are highlighted. The study aims to transform the informational environment in education into a resource for enhancing a sense of community, control, and safety.
