Abstract
The work is devoted to the analysis of programs for training pedagogical personnel in adult education and the impact of modern challenges and trends on their modernization. A comparative analysis of traditional and modern programs for training pedagogical personnel in the field of adult education was carried out, ways of combining traditional elements of training with innovative practices were outlined, which will ensure high-quality training of pedagogical personnel for the field of adult education. Prospects for further research are proposed, which consist in further comparative analysis of international models of professional training of teachers in the field of adult education, research into the impact of digital technologies and innovative teaching methods on the modernization of programs for training pedagogical personnel in the field of adult education.
