Abstract
This article examines the technological foundations for developing managerial culture among future managers within the higher education system. It is determined that the modernization of the educational environment and integration into the innovationdriven economy necessitate higher quality standards for training leadership personnel capable of making informed decisions, effectively coordinating team activities, and adapting to dynamic market conditions. The author substantiates the appropriateness of applying a competence-based approach as a fundamental paradigm that shifts the focus from mechanical knowledge acquisition to developing readiness for professional activity. A didactic model for the formation of managerial culture has been developed, which includes defining pedagogical conditions, selecting implementation tools, creating a complex of practical tasks, differentiating educational formats, developing diagnostic criteria, and establishing a mechanism for aligning educational practices with sociocultural transformations. Particular attention is paid to identifying the structural components of thephenomenon under study (motivational-value, content-cognitive, and practical-activity components), within which theoretical knowledge, practical skills, and professionally important qualities of future specialists are integrated. An integrative project-based learning technology is proposed, providing for horizontal and vertical integration of disciplinary content, as well as the introduction of an elective course "Managerial Culture of a Specialist". The effectiveness of using active learning methods has been proven: organizational-activity games, training technologies, discussions, and situational design, which contribute to the development of students' leadership qualities, communicative competence, self-regulation, and professional reflection. The obtained results create a methodological basis for modernizing educational programs in the "Management" specialty and implementing innovative pedagogical practices in higher education institutions.
