Abstract

The collection of materials from the Second Round Table ‘Gender Balance among Participants in the Educational Process: Realities and Prospects’ presents an interdisciplinary dialogue at the intersection of education, social psychology, human rights, and educational policy. Participants—scholars, educators, administrators, and representatives of civil society—explore the challenges and opportunities of implementing gender-sensitive practices in the Ukrainian educational environment. The collection contributes to the formation of an ethical, inclusive, and sustainable educational system that recognizes diversity as a resource for development.
