Abstract

The humanistic approach considers social responsibility as a manifestation of internal moral autonomy, self-realization and empathy. It forms a logical bridge to the cognitive and behavioral approaches, where social responsibility is analyzed through cognitive processes, learning and external stimulation of behavior. Within the framework of this approach, social responsibility appears as an integral characteristic of a mature personality, which is formed in the process of personal growth, self-knowledge and development of moral values. It emphasizes the active role of the individual in forming his own system of values ​​and life guidelines. In this context, social responsibility appears as the result of a conscious choice of the individual, his ability to empathy, cooperation and constructive interaction with other people. It is manifested in a person's desire to contribute to the development of society, adhere to moral principles and participate in solving social problems. In our opinion, this approach is better suited for studying the value-semantic component of a teacher's social responsibility.
