Abstract
The article provides a comprehensive analysis of the role of the website, social networks and open access platforms in the communication system and image formation of a modern scientific institution. It is substantiated that in the conditions of digitalization and the growth of public demand for openness and accessibility of information, the active digital presence of scientific institutions is an important factor in their publicity, reputational stability and social responsibility. The functional purpose of the official website as a basic information resource is revealed, which provides a systematic presentation of scientific research, educational and scientific and methodological materials, results of experimental activities and regulatory and legal developments in the field of special and inclusive education. Particular attention is paid to the role of social networks, in particular Facebook and Twitter (X), as effective tools for the prompt dissemination of information on the education of persons with special educational needs, the development of inclusive practices, psychological and pedagogical support for children and their families, as well as the popularization of modern scientific approaches in the field of special pedagogy and psychology. The importance of social networks as a space for the formation of professional communities, establishing a dialogue between scientists, practicing teachers, specialists of inclusive resource centers, representatives of education authorities and the public is emphasized. The importance of open access platforms (Google Scholar, ResearchGate, ORCID, institutional repositories, etc.) in increasing the visibility of scientific publications, expanding international cooperation and integrating a scientific institution into the global scientific space is analyzed. It is emphasized that the systematic use of digital communication channels contributes to the formation of a positive, open and trust-oriented image of a scientific institution, increases the recognition of its activities and provides effective feedback to society. It is concluded that the systematic and strategically balanced use of web resources, social networks and open access platforms contributes to the formation of a positive, open and trust-oriented image of a scientific institution, increases public awareness of inclusion issues and ensures sustainable development in the field of education of persons with special educational needs.
