Abstract

The thesis explores the psychological and pedagogical challenges of preparing educators for innovative activity. It identifies key psychological barriers (rigidity, fear of failure, information overload) and tools to overcome them (reflective analysis, microlearning, safe experimentation zones). A three-component readiness model (motivational, cognitive, operational) is substantiated. The author proposes shifting from formal professional development to mentorship and soft skills cultivation. The study concludes that training for innovation transforms the teacher's identity from a knowledge transmitter to a facilitator.
