Abstract

The role of the head of an educational institution in creating a safe educational environment is considered, the problem of managerial activity in the context of organizing socio-psychological assistance to pedagogical workers is identified, a system of managerial approaches is ubstantiated, effective managerial practices are characterized, and criteria for managerial activity are established.
