Abstract
The article provides a theoretical substantiation of the system of forms and methods of managing the socio-psychological support of teaching staff in educational institutions within the context of creating a safe educational environment. The essence of the concept of teacher well-being is revealed as a multidimensional phenomenon encompassing the psychological, emotional and professional well-being of teachers, their satisfaction with professional activities and their ability to maintain effectiveness under conditions of increased workload. It is determined that the management of socio-psychological support of teaching staff represents an integrated system of managerial actions by the head of an educational institution, aimed at organising, coordinating and developing forms and methods of support for the teaching staff in order to ensure their professional well-being and foster a safe educational environment. An original model of the management system for socio-psychological support of teaching staff has been developed, comprising target, content-organisational and outcomes components. The forms and methods of teacher support have been systematised across four interrelated levels: individual (consultative method), group (training method), reflective-group (reflective method) and organisational (professional communication and educational outreach methods). A stage-by-stage structure of the management process has been substantiated, encompassing diagnostic, planning, organisational-implementation and evaluative-corrective stages. It is emphasised that the psychological resilience of teachers, their professional well-being and readiness for mutual support directly influence the quality of the educational process and the safety of the educational environment as a whole.
