Abstract
The article addresses the problem of psychological well-being of teaching staff in Ukrainian general secondary education institutions under the conditions of full-scale war. Empirical data from large-scale surveys conducted by GoGlobal and Gradus Research indicate that the majority of teachers experience chronic stress, emotional burnout, and professional uncertainty, while systemic institutional support remains largely declarative. The study aims to characterize technologies for organizing socio-psychological assistance to teaching staff and to determine their managerial dimension in the activity of a school principal. The methods employed include analysis of scientific literature, conceptual-hierarchical analysis of the conceptual apparatus, and systematization. Drawing on the structural-content model of socio-psychological technology developed in the works of L. Karamushka and V. Panok, a four-component system of assistance to teachers is substantiated: diagnostic, informational-content, corrective-developmental, and organizational-managerial components, each with corresponding forms, methods, and levels of implementation at cognitive, emotional, and behavioural levels. The managerial dimension is defined as the principal's strategic capacity to design, resource, and evaluate a holistic support system for teaching staff. It is argued that the integration of managerial, pedagogical, and digital technologies creates the foundation for a psychologically safe environment within the teaching collective and ensures the systemic nature of sociopsychological assistance in wartime.
