Abstract

This article justifies the extremocentric approach as an innovative model for the professional training of specialists in the context of a dynamic and uncertain labor market. It explores the essence of integral extremocentric competence as a key outcome of training modern professionals. The limitations of traditional educational models are analyzed,and the need to transition to practice-oriented, situational, and reflective learning formats is identified. The structural components of extremocentric competence and the mechanisms of its formation are described. It is demonstrated that the implementation of the extremocentric approach ensures the training of specialists capable of acting effectively in conditions of uncertainty, risk, and rapid change.
