Abstract

This article examines innovative approaches to professional training in the context of the modern labor market, which is characterized by a high level of uncertainty and risk. It justifies the need to develop professional competence in safety and risk management as an integral quality of a specialist. Key educational approaches aimed at developing adaptive thinking, practical skills, and psychological resilience are identified. Directions for transforming the educational process in line with contemporary challenges are proposed.
