Abstract

The article substantiates the relevance of professional training for future professional junior Bachelor of Social Work for interaction with military veterans in the context of modern challenges. The essence of the concept «readiness for professional activity» and the specifics of working with veterans are analyzed. The author presents a structural and functional model for the formation of students’ readiness for the specified type of activity, which consists of conceptual-target, structural-content, procedural-technological, and result-diagnostic blocks. Key pedagogical conditions for its implementation are identified
