Abstract

This article provides a comprehensive analysis of the phenomenon of professional culture among practical psychologists in vocational education institutions, focusing on its impact on the social dynamics of the local community. It has been found that the psychological culture of a local community is an integral indicator of the community’s social capacity, which is determined by the level of trust, readiness for self-help, and the absence of stigmatization of psychological support. The structures of the community’s psychological culture and directions for its development are identified. It is argued that, under current conditions of systemic traumatization of the population, the professional culture of a practicing psychologist is not only an internal characteristic of the professional but also a powerful external resource for fostering collective resilience and the psychological well-being of the community.
