Abstract

The article reveals the essence of eco-oriented education as an important factor in the sustainable professional development of future specialists. The importance of integrating the environmental component into the educational process of vocational education institutions is substantiated, which contributes to the formation of environmental competence, a responsible attitude to natural resources and readiness to implement the principles of sustainable development in professional activities. The emphasis is on the use of innovative pedagogical technologies, practice-oriented approaches and interdisciplinary integration. It has been determined that eco-oriented training provides training for competitive specialists who are able to act in the face of modern environmental challenges and contribute to the development of an environmentally safe society.
