Abstract

The article states that the training of construction industry specialists competent in the methodology for assessing energy efficiency project management meets their European energy efficiency standards. This involves a study of the analysis of the prerequisites for choosing energy saving management measures, which has two stages. At the first stage, the initial data of the object’s condition are analyzed, and at the second stage, an assessment of the initial conditions and accounting for factors – independent variables and (or) static factors of energy efficiency management are created. The methodology provides an algorithm for assessing the effects of energy saving project management, which considers indicators of energy, commercial, budgetary efficiency, ergonomic indicators, indicators of social and environmental complexity and indicators of economic and safe efficiency.
