Abstract

The main strategic directions of introducing energy-efficient technologies into the professional training of future specialists in the construction industry are considered. The emphasis is placed on updating the standards of vocational education with focus on energy efficiency and «green» technologies in the educational process. The importance of developing skills in vocational education students to work with the latest materials (in particular, insulation systems, energy-efficient glass) and equipment (BIM-technologies, SMART grids) as guarantee of sustainable development is substantiated.
