Abstract

The collection of materials of the VI International Scientific and Practical Conference "Vocational Education in the Conditions of Digital Transformation and Technological Modernization: Challenges and Prospects for Development" represents the results of scientific research and practical developments dedicated to the current problems of modernization of vocational and professional pre-higher education in Ukraine. The publication highlights the theoretical and methodological principles of using digital technologies and artificial intelligence in the professional training of a modern specialist, outlines their potential for increasing the efficiency of the educational process and the formation of digital competencies. Particular attention is paid to ensuring the quality of vocational pre-higher education, mechanisms for institutional stability of educational institutions in conditions of social transformations and crisis challenges. Innovative approaches to professional training of specialists in accordance with the needs of the modern labor market and post-war reconstruction of Ukraine are considered. Materials are presented that reveal the social dimension of vocational education, in particular the issues of professional orientation, the development of youth entrepreneurship and the formation of personal resilience. The European experience of implementing quality standards for vocational education and the possibilities of its adaptation in the national educational space were analyzed. The conference materials will be useful for scientists, teachers, education managers, business representatives and everyone interested in the development of vocational education in modern conditions.
