Abstract
The rapid development of esports, which encompasses professional training of players, coaching, and economic infrastructure, necessitates a scientifically sound approach to organizing the training process. The lack of a unified system for monitoring the physical, psychophysiological, and psychological condition of esports athletes limits coaches' ability to plan training loads and improve performance. This article presents the results of a study aimed at creating a comprehensive system for recording and analyzing data on player readiness, taking into account the specifics of individual and team disciplines. Based on a synthesis of scientific sources, a survey of coaches, and an analysis of training practices, a structure of control indicators was formed, which is divided into medical-biological, psychological, and pedagogical blocks. It was determined that systematic monitoring of these parameters is the key to effective management of the training process. The practical result of the work was the development of the “Comprehensive Control” web platform, created on the basis of modern information technologies. The software product provides centralized management of data on physical condition, level of preparedness, technical and tactical actions, and competition results. There is a clear division of roles between the coach and the athlete: the coach plans, monitors, and generates reports, while the athlete can independently enter test results and receive immediate feedback. A unique feature of the development is its versatility: regardless of the chosen e-sport discipline, the platform allows you to store and process data relevant for assessing physical, psychological, and cognitive readiness. The implementation of the web platform in the educational process of students at the Kharkiv State Academy of Physical Culture has confirmed its effectiveness in training future coaches and players. The tool is used to monitor sports performance indicators in CS2 and DOTA2 disciplines, creating conditions for a more flexible and personalized training process. The presented solution not only improves the quality of training management, but also opens up prospects for standardizing control in esports. Further research is aimed at improving the functionality of the program and expanding its integration with analytical services based on artificial intelligence technologies.
