Abstract
The article considers education as a systemic space for the formation of life-meaning values of a socially mature and professionally responsible personality. The role of the educational environment in shaping worldview orientations, developing scientific thinking and socio-professional maturity of youth is substantiated. It is emphasized that modern education functions not only as a mechanism for knowledge transmission but also as a socio-cultural environment that shapes intellectual culture, responsible professional choice and civic engagement. Particular attention is paid to the relationship between the development of scientific thinking of gifted students, the organization of research activities and the functioning of the educational and scientific environment, especially within the system of the Junior Academy of Sciences of Ukraine. The importance of specialized scientific-profile secondary education as an institutional mechanism for developing intellectual autonomy, reflective thinking and professional responsibility is revealed. It is proved that an educational environment integrating learning, research and reflective activities contributes to the formation of a personality capable of scientific inquiry, social responsibility and creative transformation of society.
