Abstract

The article presents the development and justification of the training program “Settlement of Marital Conflicts in Conditions of War”, aimed at developing the skills of effective communication and constructive resolution of conflicts in married couples. The analysis of modern research indi- cates the complex impact of military events on the family, which is manifested in increasing psycho -emotional tension, anxiety, depressive states, aggressiveness and conflict. The main groups of causes of conflict in marital relations during the war are identified. The training program includes three interrelated components: information-semantic, diagnostic and corrective-developmental.Training sessions are aimed at complex regulation of conflict interaction in marital couples, enhancing psycho-emotional stability, developing emotional intelligence and skills in managing anger, forming effective strategies of behavior in conflict situations, awareness of the influence resources.The program provides the development of psychological, emotional and behavioral competencies necessary to strengthen marital relations in crisis.
