Abstract
During the war and post-war period, Ukrainian youth faced a number of difficulties in their professional development: labor market instability, psychological trauma, social and economic difficulties. Vocational education students are particularly vulnerable, as they combine education with preparation for professional activity. Psychological and pedagogical support becomes a necessary tool to ensure their adaptation, development of professional competencies, and formation of resilience to stressful conditions. The aim of the study is to determine the role of psychological and pedagogical support in shaping the readiness of vocational education students for successful integration into the labor market. To achieve this goal, the following tasks have been identified: to analyze modern psychological and pedagogical practices of supporting the professional development of young people; identify the main psychological barriers to adaptation in the labor market; develop recommendations for the effective organization of support for applicants during the war and post-war period.
