Abstract
In the article, the authors present the results of the second (conceptual and diagnostic) stage of the nationwide experiment “Organizational and methodological conditions for profile pre-training and training in general secondary education institutions based on the concept of the New Ukrainian School.” They also present a model of profile pre-training and training in general secondary education institutions based on the concept of the New Ukrainian School, which integrates target-based, organizational-and-content-based, resource-and-methodological-based, and performance-based components. The authors describe the organizational and methodological conditions for implementing profile pre-training and training in general secondary education institutions based on the concept of the New Ukrainian School and emphasize the importance of methodological skills in designing training courses as a component of contemporary teachers’ professional and pedagogical competence. The article highlights approaches to organizing interschool scientific and methodological work, as well as the use of practice-oriented methods and information and communication tools that provide professional guidance to students. The authors describe the methodology and diagnostic tools used to assess the effectiveness of profile pre-training and training in general secondary education institutions. The results of the study (theoretical analysis, modeling, testing, questionnaires for teachers, students, and parents) enable the authors to formulate practical guidelines regarding methodological support and training for teachers to implement the model of profile pre-training and training in general secondary education institutions. The results of the second stage of the experiment indicate a high level of awareness and readiness among teachers to implement profile pre-training and training, as well as active student participation in choosing educational trajectories. Additionally, parents show a positive attitude toward the organization of the educational process.
