Abstract
Discriminant validity analysis using Ferguson's delta showed high results for all 15 items (ranging from 0.78 to 0.86), allowing all points to be retained in the methodology. Reliability indices were excellent: Cronbach's α = 0.940 and McDonald's ω = 0.942.During confirmatory factor analysis (CFA), four structural models were tested. The best fit indices were demonstrated by Model 4 ("Short Balanced Form UA"), which includes 4 items for each factor. It showed the following values: $\chi^2(19) = 107$, $p < 0.001$; $CMIN/df = 5.67$; $RMSEA = 0.120$ (90% CI: 0.099–0.143); $CFI = 0.95$; and $TLI = 0.93$. Despite the slightly elevated RMSEA value, the overall indices indicate an acceptable level of model fit.Exploratory factor analysis (EFA) confirmed that this model explains 68% of the variance and maintains stable factor loadings. Thus, Hypothesis 1 was partially supported: the two-factor structure remains, but the composition of items within the factors has changed compared to the original version. The convergent validity check almost entirely confirmed Hypothesis 2. Significant positive correlations were found between intrapreneurship scores and entrepreneurial self-efficacy ($r = 0.48–0.50$), creativity, need for achievement, and risk-taking propensity. The only exception was the lack of correlation with the "need for autonomy.
