Abstract

The informational and analytical materials highlight the current state, key challenges, and strategic directions for the development of vocational and professional pre-higher education in Ukraine under martial law and in the context of post-war recovery. They examine transformational processes within the network of educational institutions, changes in the student body and staffing, the modernization of curricula, the development of dual education, and partnerships with employers. Particular attention is given to the impact of hostilities on the functioning of educational institutions, processes of digitalization, European integration, and the development of new educational pathways in vocational and professional pre-higher education. The materials are intended for researchers, managers, and teaching staff of educational institutions, representatives of educational authorities, and employers involved in shaping and implementing state policy in the field of vocational and professional pre-higher education, as well as in its modernization and adaptation to labor market needs and the European educational area.
