Abstract

The paper is dedicated to the new paradigm of higher education for the 21st century that appears to be non-linear as opposed to linear strategy of the previous time. Special attention is paid to human-dimensionality of higher education under the situation of complexity, Industry 5.0, and Society 5.0 that forces changes in life style of humans toward non-linearity of life stages and professional roles.
