Abstract
The article analyzes the trends in the professional development of academic staff in higher education institutions within the context of corporate training. The study identifies the following key trends: digital transformation and technological integration, which involve mastering digital tools, rethinking didactic models, interaction formats, and assessment of learning outcomes, as well as integrating artificial intelligence technologies to personalize learning trajectories and support pedagogical decisions; international and multidisciplinary interaction, involving the development of intra- and extra-corporate professional growth mechanisms, including participation in international academic communities, international projects, mobility programs, pedagogical hubs, workshops, and mentoring programs; continuous professional development in the context of new educational standards that emphasize the importance of developing communicative, leadership, emotional, intercultural, and reflective competencies, ensuring effective interaction, innovative pedagogical practices, and the adaptability of academic staff to dynamic educational changes; personalization of educational trajectories, which involves designing individual development plans that align the internal motivation of higher education institutions staff with external incentives for certification and career advancement; and adherence to scientific ethics and academic integrity, specifically regarding the use of anti-plagiarism and ethical mechanisms for managing digital and AI-generated content, viewed as a crucial component of modern professionalism. It is established that these trends facilitate the formation of the professional identity of academic staff, foster their innovative thinking, and enhance their ability to adapt to a changing educational environment.
