Abstract

Sofia Rusova's ideas are a methodological basis for: the formation of professional ethics of vocational education teachers; the development of their civic position; the integration of the educational component into the educational process; as well as the enhancement of the social mission of the teacher in the context of social transformations. Sofia Rusova's pedagogical heritage remains relevant in the context of the modernization of vocational education. Her ideas contribute to the formation of a socially responsible teacher, capable of combining professional competence, moral maturity and an active civic position. The implementation of these provisions in modern practice will contribute to improving the quality of training of future specialists and strengthening the social role of vocational education. The implementation of Rusova's humanistic ideas in vocational education institutions contributes to: the creation of a safe and psychologically comfortable educational environment; the development of value orientations of education seekers; the formation of a socially active and morally responsible specialist; as well as the integration of the educational component into the educational process of an educational institution.
