Abstract
The educational and professional program for advanced training of practical psychologists of vocational education institutions "Professional development of practical psychologists of vocational education institutions in the context of reforming vocational education" is aimed at improving the professional competencies of psychological service specialists in accordance with modern challenges and transformations in the field of vocational education. The purpose of the educational and professional program is to develop integral, key, general and professional competencies of practical psychologists of vocational education institutions, which ensure the effectiveness of their professional activities and contribute to continuous professional and personal development through formal, non-formal and informal education in the context of social transformations and European integration processes in education. The program is focused on developing the ability of practical psychologists of vocational education institutions to effectively provide psychological support to students, promote their professional self-determination, the formation of life and social competencies, as well as support mental health in the context of dynamic changes in the educational environment. The program contains a set of educational components, including content modules, variable modules (special courses), etc., aimed at achieving certain learning outcomes. The program is used in the process of: internal and external quality control of advanced training; development and adjustment of educational and work curricula and programs; determination of professional competence profiles in accordance with the Classifier of Professions; development of assessment tools (identification of competencies and measurement of learning outcomes) of students. The content of the program involves mastering modern methods of psychological diagnostics, counseling, preventive and corrective work, development of crisis response skills and work with traumatic experience, as well as the use of innovative approaches and digital tools in the professional activities of a practical psychologist of the ZPO. Particular attention is paid to the issues of professional burnout, self-development and strengthening of psychological resilience of specialists. The implementation of the program will contribute to improving the quality of psychological support of the educational process in vocational education institutions and the effective adaptation of psychologists to the conditions of educational reform.
