Abstract
This article provides a scientific analysis of the psychological and pedagogical factors that shape the activities of participants in the educational process (administrators, teachers, and students) amid profound social transformations caused by the state of war and the challenges of Ukraine’s post-war recovery. It is determined that the educational system operates under conditions of multifactorial changes that combine crisis (war), reform (New Ukrainian School), and technological (digitalization) components (Hrynevych et al., 2016). It is argued that the key influencing factor is the transformation of the school’s role toward strengthening its function of psychosocial support (Husak et al., 2017). The leading psychological and pedagogical factors have been systematized and grouped into four blocks: psychosocial, managerial, didactic-methodological, and innovative-technological. It is concluded that effective management of transformations is possible only under the condition of systematic support for the mental health of participants in the educational process and the development of a humanistic philosophy of partnership (Topuzov & Danko, 2023).
