Abstract
The war in Ukraine had a profound effect on the psycho-emotional state of children and youth, which led to a decrease in academic performance, social adaptation and increased anxiety. The article presents a structural-functional model of socio-pedagogical support, which includes diagnostics, individual planning, psychosocial support, development of resilience and monitoring of changes. The model is based on the interdisciplinary interaction of specialists, teachers, parents and the community. Based on the identified needs, a training program for teachers on responding to PTSD, emotional crises and professional burnout was created. The presented approach is aimed at creating a safe educational environment, supporting emotional well-being and restoring children in post-conflict period.
