Abstract

The Recommendations of the 2025 Reporting Scientific and Practical Conference of the Ivan Ziaziun Institute of Pedagogical and Adult Education of NAES of Ukraine, “Innovative Approaches to the Training and Professional Development of Educational Personnel”, summarize the outcomes of scientific research and best practices aimed at modernizing the training, retraining, and professional development of pedagogical and academic staff in the context of societal transformations and the digitalization of education. The document outlines strategic directions for the implementation of innovative pedagogical technologies, digital tools, and learner-centered and competency-based approaches. It also identifies key conditions for ensuring continuous professional development of educational personnel, fostering pedagogical excellence, and strengthening academic culture. The Recommendations are addressed to education authorities, higher and postgraduate teacher education institutions, research organizations, as well as педагогical and academic staff for use in educational, research, and methodological activities.
