Abstract
The article examines the adaptation of scientific and methodological support for the training of military psychologists to the requirements of open education. It analyzes the current state (as-is) of educational programs, methodological materials, and digital resources used in professional training. Key challenges related to the integration of open education principles, such as accessibility, flexibility, personalization, and the use of digital platforms, are identified. The necessity of updating the content, methods, and forms of instruction in accordance with modern educational trends and the needs of the military sector is substantiated. Approaches to improving scientific and methodological support based on the analysis of the current state are proposed.
