Abstract
The article explores the specific features of managing transformation processes in secondary education institutions in the context of war in Ukraine: in our opinion, taking into account the characteristics of the region, the level of damage or destruction of the resource base of secondary education institutions, coherence, partnership, close cooperation with the founders (city council), the community, co-management, financial security, the level of economic development of the region, the introduction of digital and inclusive management, the development of innovative approaches to management, support at the state policy level, qualified personnel, monitoring and evaluation of innovations, the organization of a safe educational environment, the use of blended and distance learning forms, will have a positive impact on the management of a secondary education institution. It was determined that the positive attitude of community members and communities to the implementation of public-private partnership in secondary education institutions; positive changes occurring in secondary education institutions: management of the educational process from the point of view of the safety of its participants; use of online platforms for organizing the educational process in full-time education using distance learning technologies; material and technical support of the educational institution taking into account the requirements of the new Ukrainian school; advanced training of teaching staff in accordance with current requirements, introduction of innovations in the management of transformation processes, implementation of the State Standard of Basic Secondary Education, which was developed in accordance with the Concept of the New Ukrainian School, others. It has been proven that the introduction of real school autonomy and innovative development, the introduction of systematic team training in order to overcome ineffective approaches and develop innovative solutions to diverse tasks, ensuring the training of not only the staff of the general secondary education institution, but also members of the community, the community and partners; ensuring a psychologically comfortable educational environment for all participants and ensuring a high-quality educational process for children with special educational needs, others.
