Abstract

The article examines the information and analytical support for the training of military psychologists, the theoretical and methodological foundations of personality development; analyses the resource and adaptation activities of teachers in the development of the personality of military psychologists; and identifies the value orientations for the development of the personality of military psychologists. The author relies on systematic and interdisciplinary approaches in highlighting the problems of the study; a new educational paradigm based on national values and concepts that can serve as a basis for the development of training programmes for military psychologists, methodological recommendations for this training, and standards.
