Abstract

The features of the standardization and certification of professional qualifications in the Kingdom of the Netherlands are analyzed based on the synthesis of the strategic interests of the stakeholders of the educational process and the labor market. It is found that the implementation of Dutch approaches to establishing flexible institutional structures capable of self-adaptation can become a reliable foundation for strengthening the competitiveness of Ukraine’s national economy in the context of global transformations and post-war recovery.
