Abstract

Men demonstrated a higher level of adherence to statin therapy (84.3%) compared with women (66.6%). The highest level of adherence was observed in patients who switched from high-intensity to moderate-intensity statin therapy (Gamma = −0.579; p = 0.005). These findings highlight the importance of a personalized approach to patients with coronary heart disease (CHD) and comorbid conditions, taking into account both clinical and behavioral factors. The implementation of an interdisciplinary model of collaboration between physicians and clinical pharmacists is recommended, with the subsequent integration of clinical pharmacists into cardiology practice. In addition, the development of a unified electronic medical database would improve the quality of pharmacotherapy monitoring for CHD with comorbid conditions and enhance the effectiveness of cardiovascular complication prevention.
