Abstract
The article explores psychoeducation on the functioning of the autonomic nervous system as an important factor in supporting the mental health of the population under conditions of prolonged chronic stress caused by war, loss, forced migration, and ongoing danger. The relevance of the study is driven by the increasing psychological burden on the population of Ukraine and the urgent need for accessible and effective approaches to the prevention of mental disorders.
