Abstract
Professional training of change agents requires psychological balance of the subjects of the educational process. The purpose of the study is to clarify the concept of psychological balance of the subjects of the educational process of the new Ukrainian and higher education; to reveal the practical and potential possibilities of ensuring the psychological balance of the subjects of the educational process through the creation of organizational and pedagogical conditions for ensuring the psychological balance of all participants. It has been found that knowledge, adaptive behavior, emotional stability, intellectual abilities, behavioral adaptation, social skills and spiritual development are the comprehensive approach to the problem and highquality scientific and informational support for ensuring the psychological balance of the subjects of the educational process in conditions of uncertainty. It is proved that ensuring the psychological balance of the subjects of the educational process in conditions of uncertainty depends on a comprehensive approach to the problem and its high-quality scientific and informational support.
