Abstract

In the methodological guidelines, pharmaceutical care for patients with coronary heart disease with comorbid conditions is considered a multidisciplinary process within the “physician–patient–pharmacist” triad. The recommendations are intended to help community pharmacists and clinical pharmacists make effective decisions aimed at improving the quality of pharmaceutical care for such patients. International strategies and concepts, as well as the regulatory and legal acts of Ukraine governing the provision of pharmaceutical care, are presented, together with the principles of its organization at the national, sectoral, and regional levels. Emphasis is placed on the importance of evidence-based medicine and the role of effective communication. Practical aspects ensure the integrity and coherence of the scientific and methodological recommendations. The guidelines are intended for students of medical and pharmaceutical education at all levels, participants in postgraduate education, pharmaceutical professionals, medical representatives, academic and teaching staff, and managers of Healthcare institutions and pharmacy chains.
