The concept of "value-based attitude to health" is interpreted in the context of four interconnected "I" of the individual: vital, social, intellectual, emotional; in the proposed four structural components: motivational-value, emotional-intellectual, social-emotional, behavioral-activity, which purposefully characterize it in modern manifestations and dimensions. The practical significance of the study lies in the possibility of applying the obtained results in the targeted activities of extracurricular educational institutions regarding the development and implementation of programs for the formation of a value-based attitude towards health based on a holistic approach.
