Abstract

The monograph presents the concept of promoting a healthy lifestyle of individuals in wartime conditions, as well as the concept of maintaining a healthy way of life as a means of ensuring psychological well-being of combatants and volunteers. It describes landscape strategies of life creation and personal growth during war, strategies for maintaining a healthy lifestyle among Ukrainians with varying attitudes toward uncertainty, and strategies for promoting psychohygiene practices and mindfulness among military and civilian populations. The problem of digital well-being of the individual is actualized, and a strategy for its promotion in wartime conditions is presented. Approaches to existentially oriented socio-psychological support of individuals are described, including embodiment on the theatrical stage of personal story and experience gained during the full-scale invasion. Addressed to specialists of public health centers, educational institutions, scientific organizations, government and public organizations concerned with health preservation of the population, mass media, and healthy lifestyle influencers.
